中国葛洲坝集团公司工会组建于1973年6月5日,现设“一室二部”(办公室、组宣文体女工部、生产生活部),两级工会现有在岗专,兼职干部102人。近年来,集团公司工会认真贯彻“组织起来、切实维权”的工作方针,制定落实了常委会向全委会报告工作制度、定期向党委汇报工作制度、工会重点工作考核评比等多项工作机制;建立健全了两级(集团公司、各子分公司)平等协商集体合同制度,三级(集团公司、子分公司、厂队)职工(代表)大会制度,四级(集团公司、子分公司、厂队、班组)企务公开制度,落实了职工的民主管理权利。在实施职工素质工程中,集团工会认真履行协调推进职能.组织开展班组长培训、劳动竞赛、技术比武和群众性经济技术创新等活动.发挥了工会组织的独特作用。集团公司注入100万元,建立困难劳模帮扶基金,拨款49万余元用于2006年送温暖活动,各项帮扶工作取得明显成效。集团公司工会分别被全总和省总评为“模范职工之家”:2005年被省总授予“全省工会工作优秀奖”。

The trade unions of the group companies were respectively appraised as “model home of workers” by the total sum and province: in 2005, they were awarded the “Excellent Award of Trade Unions in Zhejiang Province”.
