2002年11月29日,在青岛市第二届人民满意公务员评选表彰会上,胶州市李哥庄镇党委书记王进的发言打动着每一位与会人员的心。近几年来,王进团结李哥庄镇党委、政府一班人,带领广大群众在建设全面小康社会道路上迈出了坚实的步伐,2002年全镇人均国内生产总值3万多元,是“全国乡镇企业出口创汇十强镇”。被国家五部委确定为“全国创建文明小城镇示范点”。
