本文首次报道采用大鼠在体心肌缺血后再灌注模型观察丹参对急性短时间缺血后再灌注心肌磷脂肌醇代谢的影响。结果显示:急性缺血10min后灌注10min,心肌磷脂肌醇信息传递系统功能明显增强,其磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸(PIP_2)和肌醇-1,4,5-三磷酸(IP_3)水平显著高于非缺血对照组和缺血组(P<0.01,n=7);丹参(2g/kg·体重)能显著抑制急性缺血后再灌注心肌磷脂肌醇系统的高功能状态,其PIP_2和IP_3水平明显低于缺血组和缺血再灌注组(P<0.01,n=7)。
This article reports for the first time the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the myocardial phospholipid inositol metabolism after acute ischemic reperfusion in rats. The results showed that: After 10 min of acute ischemia, perfusion of 10 min, the function of cardiac phospholipid inositol signaling system was significantly enhanced, its phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate (PIP_2) and inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate ( IP_3) levels were significantly higher than non-ischemic and ischemic groups (P<0.01, n=7); salvia miltiorrhiza (2 g/kg·kg body weight) significantly inhibited the high-function of myocardial phospholipid inositol system during acute ischemia reperfusion The levels of PIP_2 and IP_3 were significantly lower than those in the ischemic group and the ischemia-reperfusion group (P<0.01, n=7).
