大众传媒报道并曝光食品安全事件,在食品安全信息传播、认识引导和舆论监督等方面发挥积极作用,但同时也存在报道不实、专业术语把握不好、媒体恶意炒作、损害企业利益等问题,引起食品恐慌,增加社会不和谐因素。应通过提升新闻专业主义精神,培养记者科学素养,加强媒体行业自律,健全新闻法律法规等途径规范大众传媒有关食品安全的报道。
The mass media reported and exposed food safety incidents and played an active role in food safety information dissemination, cognition guidance and public opinion supervision, but at the same time there were problems such as false reports, poorly grasped terms, malicious media speculation and damage to the interests of enterprises. Cause food panic, increase social disharmony factors. The mass media coverage of food safety should be regulated through such measures as upgrading journalism professionalism, training journalists’ scientific literacy, strengthening media industry self-regulation, and improving news laws and regulations.
