随着我国经济的高速发展,一系列重大工程项目相继启动,促进了我国生产力的提高,但同时也陆续产生了许多重大工程项目引起的民众群体性事件。在我国高度重视民生这一时代背景下,正确认识重大工程项目的社会风险因素间的联系有着重要的意义。运用WSR建立了重大工程项目社会风险指标体系,运用ISM构建了重大工程项目社会风险影响因素解释结构模型,并对此进行了系统分析。
With the rapid economic development in our country, a series of major construction projects have been launched one after another, which has promoted the improvement of productivity in our country, but at the same time, mass incidents of the masses caused by many major construction projects have been brought forth one after another. Under the background that our country attaches great importance to people’s livelihood, it is of great significance to correctly understand the social risk factors of major construction projects. By using WSR, a social risk index system of major construction projects has been set up. The ISM has been used to construct an explanatory structural model of social risk influencing factors for major construction projects, and a systematic analysis has been made on this.
