5月16日清晨6点半,纺织之光科技教育基金会一行就从甘肃靖远县住地出发了,汽车翻过一座又一座大山,在海拔2000米以上的山间盘旋,山路崎岖,经过了100多道转弯,再过黄河渡口,行程180余公里,先后抵达了靖远县最偏僻的永新中学和双龙中学。5月17日清晨,基金会一行又驱车数十公里到达大芦中学。此行的目的是要为靖远县贫困山区的学校捐赠衣服。本次活动是由纺织之光科技教育基金会、中国针织工业协会主办,爱心衣橱基金协办,佛山标美服饰有限公司提供捐赠服装的公益捐赠活动。参加活动人员包括:纺织之光科技教育基金会常务副理事长叶志
