对8个种源香椿Toona sinensis种子的物理性状、发芽率、芽苗菜产量及其营养成分进行了分析。结果表明:①不同种源香椿种子的长度、宽度、千粒质量存在P<0.05水平上的显著差异,含水量和发芽率存在P<0.01水平上的极显著差异;芽苗菜的长度、产率、可溶性蛋白质质量分数、游离氨基酸质量分数存在P<0.01水平上的极显著差异,单株鲜质量和维生素C质量分数也存在P<0.05水平上的显著差异。②种子发芽率对芽苗菜产率和芽苗菜维生素C质量分数有极显著影响(P<0.01),种子千粒质量与芽苗菜氨基酸质量分数、芽苗菜长度、芽苗菜鲜质量存在极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),芽苗菜的游离氨基酸质量分数与可溶性蛋白质质量分数存在极显著的负相关关系(P<0.01)。③陕西旬阳种源的种子芽苗菜产率最高,单位质量种子可生产9.23 g.g-1芽苗菜。成都种源芽苗菜可溶性蛋白质质量分数较高,石家庄和泰安种源芽苗菜游离氨基酸质量分数较高,遂宁和泰安种源芽苗菜维生素C质量分数较高。
The physical characters, germination rate, sprouts production and nutritional components of Toona sinensis seeds from eight provenances were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) There were significant differences in the length, width and grain weight among different provenances of Toona sinensis at P <0.05; the water content and germination rate had extremely significant differences at P <0.01; There was a significant difference at the level of P <0.01 between the content of soluble protein and soluble protein, and there was a significant difference at fresh weight and vitamin C content at P <0.05. (2) The seed germination rate had a very significant effect on the sprouts yield and the sprouts vitamin C content (P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between free amino acid content and soluble protein content in sprouts (P <0.01). ③ Shaanxi Xunyang provenance seed germination of the highest yield, unit mass of seeds can produce 9.23 g.g-1 sprouts. Chengdu seed germination soluble protein content higher, Shijiazhuang and Tai’an germplasm sprouted free amino acid content higher, Suining and Tai’an germination of sprouts higher vitamin C content.
