一、我国上市公司存在的问题1、上市公司的业绩不稳定,质量不高.企业通过改制上市一方面可以建立起现代企业制度,转变企业经营机制,另一方面可以从市场上筹集到长远发展所需的资金,降低财务风险,提高资本效率,所以上市对企业经营业绩的改善、质量的提高及其长远发展起着不可低估的作用.而我国的上市公司上市之后的表现不尽人意,基本上是"一年绩优,二年绩平,三年绩差",不少上市公司刚上市不久就变脸.
