虽然迄今对血吸虫虫卵的孵化已作了大量研究,但有关孵化机制尚待阐明。最近,Matsuda等(1983)报道即吏将曼氏血吸虫虫卵置于高渗透压条件下,吡喹酮仍具有促进虫卵孵化的作用。据报道,吡喹酮对血吸虫最初作用于虫体的皮层表膜,导致钙离子进入虫体。吡喹酮的作用方式促使我们研究血吸虫虫卵孵化过程中可能涉及的钙离子与钙调蛋白。 用链霉蛋白酶及胶原酶消化法,从实验感染曼氏血吸虫(肯尼亚株)的仓鼠肝内回收虫卵。
Although so far a large number of studies have been conducted on the hatching of Schistosoma japonicum eggs, the mechanism of hatching remains to be elucidated. More recently, Matsuda et al. (1983) reported that praziquantel has the effect of promoting hatching of eggs by placing the Schistosoma mansoni eggs under high osmotic pressure. It has been reported that praziquantel initially acts on the surface epithelium of the parasites and causes calcium ions to enter the parasites. Praziquantel mode of action prompted us to study the possible involvement of Schistosoma japonicum eggs during incubation with calmodulin. The eggs were recovered from the liver of hamsters experimentally infected with Schistosoma mansoni (strain Kenya) by pronase and collagenase digestion.
