细菌内毒素检查法 (ＢＥＴ)具有准确、简便、重现性强、灵敏度高等优点 ,应用范围正不断扩大。本文主要研究莪术油葡萄注射液对细菌内毒素检查的干扰情况 ,以便建立用ＢＥＴ代替热原检查的方法。1 实验材料细菌内毒素工作标准品 (2 0 0 0 - 95 0Ｅｕ/支 )中国生物制品检定所。
Bacterial endotoxin test (BET) with accurate, simple, reproducible, high sensitivity, the scope of application is constantly expanding.
