结合电力通信网的结构特点与发展现状,提出了一种基于改进的AHP的电力通信网风险评估方法.简要的介绍了电力通信网风险评估的意义以及基于三角模糊数的FAHP的优缺点.针对FAHP存在的缺点进行了适当的改进,首先介绍了一种新的模糊排序方法—限位系数排序法,并对其适当的改进,加入了新的模糊均值和模糊标准差,说明了该排序方法的优势;其次提出了一种基于对数最小二乘法与限位系数非模糊化排序的电力通信网的风险评估方法,说明了该方法的具体评估步骤,并结合实例进行了验证.结果表明该评估方法计算简单,符合实际,且排序稳定性好.
Combined with the structural characteristics and development status of power communication network, a risk assessment method of power communication network based on improved AHP is proposed.
