为了利用有限的管道网络资源来实现天然气的均衡配置,以运营商利润最大化为目标函数,天然气运输量为约束条件,建立并求解基于广义Nash均衡理论的天然气管道运输模型。该模型突破了传统Stackelberg博弈中市场参与者之间明显的行动顺序,突出了运营商之间相互影响、相互合作的关系,实现了天然气资源均衡配置的目的,提高了天然气的利用价值,为天然气上游生产企业、管道运营企业与终端销售企业进行市场判断以及制定生产销售决策提供帮助。数值算例表明:利用广义Nash均衡理论不但可以准确客观地为天然气市场参与者提供定量的决策信息,而且算法简便,实用性强,为我国天然气市场化改革提供了可行方法和理论依据。
In order to utilize the limited pipeline network resources to realize the balanced allocation of natural gas, natural gas transportation volume is used as the objective function to maximize the profit of operators, and a natural gas pipeline transportation model based on generalized Nash equilibrium theory is established and solved. The model breaks through the obvious sequence of actions among market participants in the traditional Stackelberg game, highlights the interaction and mutual cooperation among operators, realizes the balanced allocation of natural gas resources, increases the utilization value of natural gas, Upstream production enterprises, pipeline operators and terminal sales companies to make market judgments and to develop production and sales decisions to help. Numerical examples show that the generalized Nash equilibrium theory can not only provide quantitative and objective decision-making information for gas market participants accurately and objectively, but also provide a feasible method and theoretical basis for the market-based reform of natural gas in China.
