管理会计的主要功能是为企业的短期经营和投资决策服务,其目的是提高企业的经济效益.管理会计的合理运用,能有效降低企业经营投资成本和风险,提高企业管理水平及经济效益.本文以实证分析的方法,从成本控制、本量利分析、经营预测和投资决策等方面阐明了管理会计之于企业管理的重要作用.
