叶片是航空发动机中最主要的零部件之一,叶片的几何形状和尺寸决定着叶片的工作性能,叶型拟合方法的选择对型面参数的计算结果起着决定性的影响。通过对PC-Dmis Blade测量分析软件中的多种叶型拟合方法的定义和特点进行详细的分析和对比,通过对比测量验证,结合生产实际需求,针对不同类型叶片的不同测量要求提出不同的最佳拟合方法,提高测量结果的一致性和准确性,以得到更加准确、更有益于促进生产的测量数据。
The blade is one of the most important parts of aeroengine. The geometry and size of the blade determine the working performance of the blade. The choice of the leaf-type fitting method has a decisive influence on the calculation results of the profile parameters. Through the detailed analysis and comparison of the definition and characteristics of many leaf fitting methods in PC-Dmis Blade measurement and analysis software, by comparing and verifying with the actual production requirements, different measurement requirements for different types of leaves are proposed. Best fit method to improve the consistency and accuracy of measurement results to get more accurate and more beneficial to promote the production of measurement data.
