“后进生”在数学学习上不可避免地存在着如下矛盾:1.知识与能力的矛盾。知识不足、概念不清就无法思考,而掌握知识又必须以一定的能力为前提。“后进生”在知识和能力方面的缺陷相互作用,因而提高起来极为困难。2.重复与兴趣的矛盾。“后进生”对数学概念和方法的掌握需要多次反复,而简单的重复容易产生厌倦心理。3.差异与统一的矛盾。“后进生”多的班级学生之间的层次多、差异大,如何做到在同一课堂上用相同的教学内容,去调动各层次学生的思维积极性,使他们都学有所得,确非易事。为了缓解这些矛盾,我们根据教育心理学的“变式”
