党的十八大将科学发展观同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想一道,列为党必须长期坚持的指导思想,将科学发展观从指导经济社会建设的战略思想提升为指导党和国家各方面建设的指导思想,这是党对科学发展观理论地位的新认识、新定位,表明我党对科学发展观理论价值有了更深刻的把握,对科学发展观在中国特色社会主义伟大事业中的战略地位有了更清晰的认识。
