微课作为翻转课堂的支点,它以全新的模式迅速融入教育当中,也对教师的专业素养提出了更高的要求。2014年年末,福建省刮起了微课、优课设计大赛,随之许多优秀微课作品应运而生。之后,本市特殊教育教师微课大赛也如期举行;笔者作为学校教学科研的管理者,组建了微课制作小组,专门开展了微课制作专题教研,分组合作,带领学校教师积极投入微课制作当中,颇有感悟。一、有利于提升教师的PPT技术和信息素养
