困难职工档案是开展帮扶工作与送温暖的重要依据,加强对困难职工档案的管理也是我们服务职工群众、稳定大局的必然要求。然而,当前的困难职工档案管理却仍旧存在一些问题,如对困难职工档案的管理不够重视,档案管理人员素质不高,管理方式不规范、不灵活等。困难职工档案的管理,需要我们提高认识,加强领导,把握好关键环节,规范工作运行。本文简要分析了困难职工档案管理存在的问题,并提出了几点合理化建议,希望能对广大同行有所帮助。
Difficult employee files are an important basis for carrying out helping work and giving warmth. Strengthening the management of employees’ and staff members in difficulty is also an inevitable requirement for serving the masses of workers and stabilizing the overall situation. However, there are still some problems in the management of current and difficult staff files, such as the insufficient attention paid to the management of staff and workers with difficulties, the unsatisfactory quality of archives management, the non-standard management and inflexibility. The management of the difficult staff files requires us to raise our awareness, strengthen our leadership, grasp the key links and standardize the operation of our work. This article briefly analyzes the problems existing in the file management of the difficult employees and puts forward some reasonable suggestions in the hope that it will be helpful to the general colleagues.
