小学数学教学不仅是教师与学生共同交流经验、交流情感、互相启迪心智共同创造的过程,更是学生参与认识的智力因素与非智力因素互相作用中统一发展的过程。教师在这一过程中起着重要作用,作为学生课堂行为的引导者,教师教学水平的优劣也与教学质量的高低息息相关。
Primary mathematics teaching is not only a process of teachers and students sharing experiences, exchanging feelings and inspiring each other, but also a process of unifying the development of students’ interaction between intellectual and non-intellectual factors. Teachers play an important role in this process. As a guide for students ’classroom behavior, the quality of teachers’ teaching is also closely related to the quality of teaching.
