为了实现动态机械设计,对预测摩擦副表面粗糙度的变化进行了研究.在三体磨损状态下,建立了摩擦副表面轮廓高度概率分布密度的预测模型.算例表明:表面形貌的变化不仅与磨程而且与所考察的轮廓线沿2 个表面相对运动方向的位置有关,其预测结果与实验结果相符合
In order to realize the dynamic mechanical design, the change of surface roughness prediction of friction pair was studied. In the condition of three-body wear, a prediction model of the probability distribution density of the profile height of friction pair is established. The results show that the change of the surface morphology is not only related to the position of the grinding path but also to the relative movement direction along the two surfaces of the contour line under investigation. The prediction results are in good agreement with the experimental results
