我在旅政治委员岗位上工作的这几年,正值部队处于实战化建设的关键时期,部队大项活动多、建设任务重、状态提升快,这对党委科学决策提出了新的更高要求。在抓党委班子自身建设中深切感到,借助政工网络深化办事公开,有利于增强监督约束时效性,对于培育部队清风正气、提高党委决策科学化水平发挥了积极作用。 In the past few years when I worked in the post of political commissar of the brigade, the troops have been in a crucial period of actual combat construction. The major tasks of the armed forces are large, the tasks for construction are heavy, and the state is promoted rapidly. This poses new and higher requirements for the party’s scientific decision-making . In grasping the self-construction of the party committee and team, I deeply felt that it is helpful to deepen oversight and restraint of timeliness with the help of a political network, which has played an active role in cultivating troops to clean the atmosphere and enhancing the scientific decision-making of party committees.
