目的 探讨消化性溃疡患者心理特征。方法 分别用 EPQ、SCL-90、SAS、SDS量表 ,对研究组 5 3例消化性溃疡患者和对照组正常人进行测量。结果 在 EPQ分析中 ,研究组 E分显著低于对照组 ,N分显著高于对照组 ,在 SCL-90因子分析中 ,研究组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子分显著高于对照组。在 SAS和 SDS分析中 ,研究组分值均高于对照组。结论 消化性溃疡患者情绪不稳 ,性格内向 ,存在严重心理问题 ,应加以关注
Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods The EPQ, SCL-90, SAS and SDS scales were used to measure 53 cases of peptic ulcer in study group and normal controls. Results In the EPQ analysis, the score of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the score of N was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the SCL-90 factor analysis group, somatization, depression, anxiety and terror factors were significantly higher than those of the control group. In SAS and SDS analysis, the study scores were higher than the control group. Conclusions Patients with peptic ulcer have unstable mood, introverted personality and serious psychological problems, which should be paid attention to
