小学语文的教育教学工作,是一个很辛苦、很琐碎的,孩子的心理、身体各个方面我们都要去关心,去照顾。今年我接了一个小学二年级的语文教学,刚接上时,由于对这个班不熟悉,学生也在适应我,他们上课爱动,小动作很多,每当我往黑板上写字时,有的同学就把纸团扔到讲台上,我发现纸团,问谁干的,她们没人承认。在课堂上有的男孩子揪前排女孩子的头发,还有一部分学生上课说话,你制止效果不大,课堂纪律很差。我针对课堂纪律差的现象,制定了相应的措施,在课间和他们交流,了解他们的具体情况,主动和同学们谈心,和他们交朋友,我在课堂上鼓励鼓励每一位同学积极发言,回答不正确不批评,回答正确的大家鼓掌。这样我经过一段时间的细心观察和认真整顿,我在上课时明显感到轻松,学生能够跟上我的思路了,一节课的教学任务也就很顺利地完成了。 Primary school language education and teaching work is a very hard, very trivial, the child’s psychology, all aspects of our body to care, to take care of.
