立德树人是教育的终极目标,德育目标的落实尤为重要。近年来我校通过学生责任意识的培养积极探索德育的实效性和针对性,取得了一定成效。我们认为德育学科化,课堂是主渠道,班会课又是主阵地。主题班会能充分发挥集体的智慧和力量,让个人在集体活动中受教育、受熏陶,从而提高综合素质,对学生思想的转化和良好班风的形成有不可低估的作用。我们根据初中学生的心理特点和认知程度,构建了班会课责任意识教育层级 Lide tree people is the ultimate goal of education, the implementation of moral goals is particularly important.
