为探讨富硒麦芽(selenium-enrichedmalt,SEM)对小鼠运动性疲劳的缓解作用及其机制。将144只健康SPF级雄性昆明小鼠按照体重随机分成3组,分别为正常对照(基础饲料,0.01 mg/kg)组、低剂量(0.3 mg/kg)富硒麦芽组和高剂量(1.0mg/kg)富硒麦芽组,每组48只。采用自由摄食方式进行饲喂,连续喂养20 d。结果显示,高剂量组小鼠的血清尿素氮含量以及游泳后0、20 min后血清乳酸含量及血乳酸曲线下面积均低于对照组(P<0.05),肝糖原含量和负重游泳时间均增加(P<0.05);肝脏GSH-Px、SOD活力和T-AOC均上升,MDA含量下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示富硒麦芽对于小鼠运动性疲劳有一定的缓解作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。

The activities of GSH-Px, SOD and T-AOC in the liver increased and the content of MDA decreased in the liver (P <0.05). It is suggested that selenium-enriched malt can relieve exercise-induced fatigue in mice, and its mechanism may be related to the anti-oxidative effect.
