目的:探讨应用生物敷料B一次性包扎治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床应用效果。方法:比较应用生物敷料B一次包扎治疗和同期保痂治疗Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合时间、疼痛程度、换药次数,观察疤痕增生情况。结果:生物敷料B治疗组Ⅱ度创面中途基本不需换药、无明显疼痛,创面愈合时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义;同时,治疗组疤痕增生情况较保痂治疗组明显减轻或者无疤痕增生。结论:一次性覆盖生物敷料B可有效地治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面,能加快创面愈合,减少烧伤换药次数,减轻疼痛,减轻疤痕增生降低烧伤致残率的发生。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of dressing B dressing once for wounds of degree Ⅱ burn. Methods: The wound healing time, the degree of pain, dressing change and scar hyperplasia in wounds treated with dressing B and wound dressing were compared. Results: There was no need for dressing change, no obvious pain and shortened wound healing time in the second-degree wounds of the biological dressing B treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant. Meanwhile, the scar hyperplasia in the treatment group was significantly reduced or no scar hyperplasia . Conclusion: The one-time application of biological dressing B can effectively treat the second-degree burn wounds, accelerate wound healing, reduce the number of burn dressing changes, relieve pain, reduce scar hyperplasia and reduce the incidence of burn disability.
