目的了解连云港地区儿童青少年奶制品摄入频次与体格发展的关联性,并对他们的饮食习惯进行营养指导。调查方法对连云港地区3-18岁儿童青少年,进行摄入奶制品数量、品种等膳食调查并同时测量被调查者身高体重体脂,并将此数据与被调查者体格发展做相关性分析。结果奶制品的摄入频次随着年龄递减,对体格发展则显示正常体重和高身高,城市奶制品摄入频次高于郊区,对于BMI超过正常范围的被调查者呈负相关。结论连云港地区儿童青少年奶制品摄入频次城乡高于郊区,与身高正相关,与BMI超过正常范围的呈负相关。
Objective To understand the correlation between frequency of intake of dairy products for children and adolescents in Lianyungang and their physical development and to provide nutritional guidance on their dietary habits. Methods of investigation Lianyungang 3-18 year-old children and adolescents, the amount of dairy products intake, breed and other dietary surveys and measurements of body weight, height and body fat, and this data and the respondents do physical development correlation analysis. Results Dairy intake decreased with age, showed normal body weight and height for physical development, and urban dairy products intake was higher than that in the suburbs, and was negatively correlated with respondents with BMI exceeding the normal range. Conclusion The frequency of milk intake among children and adolescents in Lianyungang district is higher than that in the suburbs, positively correlated with height, and negatively correlated with the BMI exceeding the normal range.
