通过对广州市番禺区检察院反渎局2012年所查办案件的梳理、归纳,发现当前基层行政执法部门逐年增多,涉案金额逐年攀升,窝案串案愈发普遍,渎职侵权案件呈现涉案领域逐年扩展现象,面对这样的严峻形势,需要我们从多方入手,多措并举,有效的遏制基层行政执法部门渎职犯罪涉案领域扩展现象,维护国家机关的权威。 Through the investigation and investigation of cases investigated by Panyu District Procuratorate in 2012, it is found that the current law enforcement departments at the grassroots level have been increasing year by year. The amount of cases involved has been increasing year by year. The cases of litigation and misconduct have become more and more widespread. The cases of malfeasance and infringement have been expanding year by year.
