探讨体脂含量、分布和胰岛素抵抗 (IR)对血管内皮功能的影响。 5 2 7例年龄 35~ 5 5岁的石家庄市居民 ,经健康检查各项临床和实验室指标未见异常。用高分辨率超声仪测定肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张 (EDD) ,并测定体重指数 (BMI)、腰围 (W)、腰臀比 (WHR)和IR指数 (HOMA IR)。结果显示 ,内皮功能异常者的BMI、W、WHR和HOMA IR均较内皮功能正常者显著增加 ,BMI的升高主要表现在女性肥胖者 ,而W和WHR的升高则仅在各组男性中有显著差异。HOMA IR在超重和肥胖组男性及各组女性中均有显著差异。相关分析表明 ,BMI、WHR和HOMA IR是影响EDD的主要因素 ,但存在性别差异。W和EDD在男女性中均是参与IR的因素。血管内皮功能与体脂含量和分布及IR密切相关
To investigate the influence of body fat content, distribution and insulin resistance (IR) on endothelial function. 527 residents of Shijiazhuang, aged 35-55 years old, showed no abnormalities in various clinical and laboratory indexes of health examination. Brachial artery blood flow-mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilation (EDD) was measured by high-resolution ultrasound and body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (W), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and IR index (HOMA IR) were measured. The results showed that endothelial dysfunction in patients with BMI, W, WHR and HOMA IR were significantly higher than normal endothelial function, BMI increased mainly in obese women, and W and WHR increased only in each group of men There are significant differences. HOMA IR was significantly different among overweight and obese men and women in each group. Correlation analysis showed that BMI, WHR and HOMA IR were the main factors affecting EDD, but there were gender differences. Both W and EDD are involved in IR in both men and women.
