氨厂大型CO_2吸收塔因腐蚀而使塔壁大面积减薄,并有深坑,被判报废。笔者用实际应力测定法为厂家提供了继续使用及修理的依据,挽救了该大型设备使其不致报废。
Ammonia plant large CO 2 absorption tower due to corrosion and the tower wall area thinning, and a deep pit was sentenced to scrapped. The author uses the actual stress measurement method for the manufacturers to provide the basis for the continued use and repair, saving the large-scale equipment so that it will not be scrapped.
