主要阐述了广州至珠海城际轨道交通工程项目容桂水道特大桥可拆式组合套箱围堰施工技术。首先在钻孔桩上预埋型钢立柱,然后在其上安放主梁、扁担梁,按精轧螺纹钢悬吊钢吊箱的方法施工,受力简单,操作方便。套箱底板为梁板结构,梁板分离,底托梁采用型钢加工而成,梁板采用混凝土预制板。承台完成后,底托梁型钢可以自动拆除,不需要潜水员潜水切割,从而减少了人力及钢材的浪费,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Firstly, prefabricated steel columns are placed on the bored pile, then the main beam and pole beam are placed on the bored pile, and the construction is carried out according to the method of suspending the steel crate by the rebar for finishing. The utility model has the advantages of simple bearing and convenient operation. The bottom of the box is a beam structure, the beam is separated, the bottom beam is made of steel, and the beam is made of concrete prefabricated. After the cap is completed, the bottom beam steel can be disassembled automatically without the need for divers to dive and cut, thereby reducing the waste of manpower and steel and providing references for similar projects.
