很多专家提出,教育在组织和设计工作中需要结合学习生存、共同学习和做事以及学会生存进行创新。从实际案例分析,在实施教学工作的过程中需要了解学生学习特点,并且还要培养学生建立正确的认知能力和情感能力,促使学生获取更多的情感知识。由此,教育不但要引导学生获取学习的成功,还要对学生的性格特点进行完善。在素质教学发展中,情感教学得到了学校和教师的重视,因此在实际教学中需要引导学生培养正确的发展观念。
Many experts argue that education in the organization and design work needs to combine learning to survive, learn and do things together, and learn to survive for innovation. From the actual case analysis, we need to understand the characteristics of students’ learning in the process of teaching. Students should also be trained to establish the correct cognitive and emotional skills so that students can acquire more emotional knowledge. Thus, education should not only guide students to learn the success of learning, but also to improve the personality traits of students. In the development of quality teaching, affective teaching has received the attention of schools and teachers. Therefore, in actual teaching, it is necessary to guide students to cultivate the correct concept of development.
