随着社会经济的进一步繁荣,教育事业也在不断地向前发展。在新课标的推广下,社会各界对班主任的管理艺术越来越重视,并提出了更为严格的要求。在社会经济迅速发展的今天,学生的自主能力有了明显的提高,并且更加敢于反抗,尤其是中职学生,基于年龄和其心理的特征更具有逆反心理,因此班主任的管理艺术在此时显得尤为重要。本文就针对当前班主任管理艺术的现状及存在的问题进行详细的探讨,并提出参考性的建议。
