一、“十五”期间北京工业发展的环境和条件 (一)“十五”期间北京工业发展面临的挑战和制约因素 1、国内买方市场的形成将使企业之间的竞争更加激烈。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的工业品市场日益丰富,打破了长期以来市场供不应求的局面。而且,随着经济的不断发展,供过于求的产品的比例将不断增加,产品过剩的矛盾日益突出,从而导致企业之间的竞争日益加剧。激烈的市场竞争环境,将使北京市的工业发展面临严峻的挑战。

The fierce market competition environment will cause Beijing’s industrial development to face severe challenges.
