本文探讨了混凝土顶管排水管线的允许渗漏量和施工偏差取值控制的问题,重点说明了:施工偏差应由管节允许相对转角决定,以及如何控制相对转角和施工偏差的问题。排水顶管管线使用期间的允许渗水量增大,将改变周围土体的力学性能,对其穿越范围内的既有建筑物、构筑物和各种管线可能产生不利的影响。同时,提出了既有建筑物、构筑物和各种管线的剩余变形允许值概念。建议城市新建或改造排水管线采用混凝土顶管技术时,提高允许渗水量和施工偏差控制的标准。
This paper discusses the allowable leakage of concrete pipe drainage pipelines and the value of construction deviation control problems, focusing on: the construction deviation should be determined by the relative rotation of pipe joints, and how to control the relative rotation angle and construction deviation problems. The allowable water infiltration during use of the drainage pipe jacking pipe will change the mechanical properties of the surrounding soil and may adversely affect the existing buildings, structures and various pipelines within the crossing area. At the same time, the concept of residual deformation allowance for existing buildings, structures and various pipelines is proposed. Proposed new or modified urban drainage pipelines using concrete pipe jacking technology to improve the allowable water leakage and construction deviation control standards.
