本文通过对23例SLE患者的红细胞免疫粘附功能和血SOD、LPO、抗dsDNA抗体测定及观察部分病例治疗前后的SOD、LPO变化,发现本组病例RBC C_(3b)RR和SOD明显下降,RBC-ICR和LPO显著升高。SOD降低和抗dsDNA抗体升高呈高度负相关(r=-0.749),冶疗前后SOD值有显著差异(P<0.01),从而提示,SLE病人的红细胞免疫粘附功能异常,清除氧自由基功能低下,经治疗后清除氧自由基能力提高,观察SOD与抗dsDNA抗体间变化有助于判定病情和疗效。
In this paper, 23 cases of SLE patients with erythrocyte immune adhesion function and blood SOD, LPO, anti-dsDNA antibody and observed in some cases before and after treatment of SOD, LPO changes found in this group of patients with RBC C_ (3b) RR and SOD decreased significantly, RBC-ICR and LPO increased significantly. There was a highly negative correlation between SOD and anti-dsDNA antibody (r = -0.749), SOD value before and after treatment (P <0.01), suggesting that SLE patients had abnormal erythrocyte immune adhesion function, scavenging oxygen free radicals Dysfunction, the ability to scavenge oxygen free radicals after treatment to improve the observation of SOD and anti-dsDNA antibody changes help determine the condition and efficacy.
