目的探讨米非司酮辅助常用引产药利凡诺对瘢痕子宫中妊引产的作用及效果。方法对于192例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠要求引产的对象,随机分两组,观察组96例给予米非司酮加利凡诺引产,对照组96例只给予利凡诺引产,观察两组宫缩发动时间、产程、胎盘胎膜剥离情况、出血量及并发症。结果观察组成功引产95例,引产有效率98.96%,对照组成功引产87例,引产有效率90.62%,观察组用药后宫缩发动时间早、产程短,胎盘剥离完整出血少,未出现并发症。结论米非司酮辅助利凡诺联合用于瘢痕子宫中妊引产能缩短引产时间,减少出血及预防并发症发生。对于瘢痕子宫中妊引产是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the effect and effect of mifepristone adjuvant rivazole, a commonly used induction drug, on induced abortion in middle uterine scar pregnancy. Methods 192 pregnant women with uterine scar pregnancy requiring induction of labor were randomized into two groups. 96 cases in the observation group were treated with mifepristone plus galvano, while 96 cases in the control group were given rivanol only. The contractions were observed Time, labor, placental membranes stripping, bleeding and complications. Results In the observation group, 95 cases were induced successfully, the induction rate was 98.96%, 87 cases were successfully induced in the control group and 90.62% in the induction group. The patients in the observation group had early onset of uterine contractions, short delivery, less placental hemorrhage and no complications . Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and rivanol combined with cesarean section in scarring uterus can shorten the time of induction of labor, reduce the bleeding and prevent the occurrence of complications. It is safe and effective for pregnancy induced abortion in scar uterus.
