为探讨骨髓增生异常综合征（Myelodysnlasticsvndromes，MDS）难治性贫M（Refractoryanemia，RA）的最佳治疗方法，应用全反式用甲酸、活性维生素Da及康力龙三种药物联合治疗22例RA患者，结果有效率达95．4％，完全缓解率45．5％；表明此三种药物联用有提高疗效作用，值得推广。
To investigate the best treatment of Refractoryanemia (MD) with refractory myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), 22 RA patients were treated with all-trans formic acid, active vitamin Da and quetiapine, Results The effective rate was 95.4% and the complete remission rate was 45.5%. It is indicated that the combination of these three drugs can improve the curative effect and is worth promoting.
