据国家石油和化学工业局统计信息快报显示,今年一季度,全国石油和化学工业生产经营形势明显好转,生产出现两位数增长,经济效益大幅度提高,3月份市场出现复苏,产品销售率突破100%,但是,产品价格依然较低,生产经营形势仍不容乐观。其主要表现在以下几个方面:一、生产增长较快一季度,全国石油和化学工业总产值(不变价)完成1228.2亿元,同比增长11.17%,其中石油集团完成总产值247.14亿元,增长5.9%;石化集团完成总产值273.93亿元,增长13.3%;化工系统完成总产值687.3亿元,增长12.57%。分月份来看,一月份增长16.27%,二月份增长
