生产设施中的结垢及其沉积物,是石油工业所面临的一个挑战性问题。沉积物给生产作业带来一系列问题,有时还导致事故的发生,并从整体上降低了生产效益。而井下防垢剂(或称阻垢剂)的挤注处理为防止油田结垢物的形成提供了一个最普通、最有效的手段。本文较系统地对油田防垢剂的挤注处理进行分析和设计,并利用数学模型模拟了沙特Aramco油田几口井的情况。结果表明,通过井下模拟和对挤注参数进行优选,可大幅度地降低生产成本,最后还为优化挤注处理设计提出了建议。
Fouling and sediments in production facilities are a challenging issue for the oil industry. Sediment brings a series of problems to the production operation, and sometimes also lead to accidents, and reduce the overall production efficiency. The downhole anti-scaling agent (or anti-scaling agent) squeeze treatment to prevent the formation of fouling oil field provides the most common and most effective means. In this paper, the squeeze treatment of oilfield scale control agent is systematically analyzed and designed, and the mathematical model is used to simulate the situation of several wells in Saudi Aramco oilfield. The results show that through the downhole simulation and the optimization of extrusion parameters, the production cost can be greatly reduced. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to optimize extrusion design.
