为了进一步研究水平浓淡微油点火煤粉燃烧器的运行参数对点火运行状态的影响,利用Fluent软件对煤粉点火燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。由于燃料中含有煤粉和油2种燃料,对气相燃烧模拟采用二混合分数方法。在燃烧器不同入口煤粉浓度和入口风速条件下,模拟燃烧器点火运行状态,得到了合理的运行参数,并与现场实测数据进行了比较分析,为燃烧器的实际工程应用和推广提供了更为完善的数据。
In order to further study the influence of operating parameters of horizontal rich-light oil-fired pulverized coal burners on ignition operation status, Fluent software was used to simulate the ignition process of pulverized coal ignition. Because the fuel contains two kinds of fuels such as pulverized coal and oil, the method of two-mixture fraction is adopted for the simulation of gas-phase combustion. In the condition of different pulverized coal concentration and inlet wind speed at different entrances of burner, the ignition operation status of the burner was simulated and the reasonable operation parameters were obtained, which were compared with the field measurement data to provide more practical application and promotion of the burner For the perfect data.
