我局是铁路工程施工大型一级企业。40多年来,在20多个省区及10多个国家留下了艰苦奋斗的业绩,累计完成工程任务100.5亿元,“七五”期间,施工企业普遍面临基建持续压缩,任务严重不足,市场竞争剧烈,经济效益下滑的严峻形势。我局还有老企业所独有的诸多困难:劳保超支严重,设备陈旧,队伍老化,职工福利欠帐多等等。面对重重困难和严峻考验,我们坚持“一个中心,两个基本点”的基本路线,深化改革依靠职工顽强拼搏,“七五”期间取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。完成工程任务总额26.9亿元,全员劳动生产率年均9316元,实现利润9834万元。固定资产净值增值16189万元,新建职工住宅和集体福利设施25.9万平米,职工人均收入年递增10.9%,1990年

The net value of fixed assets was increased by RMB 16189 million, 259,000 square meters of new residential and collective welfare facilities for employees were newly built, and the per capita income of staff and workers was increased by 10.9% year-on-year, 1990.
