目的:进一步提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的认识和诊断水平。方法:对我院诊治的70例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT表现及临床进行分析总结结果:CT表现,单纯脑水肿型28例(占40%);单纯脑出血型18例(占21.4%);混合型即脑水肿合并脑出血27例(占38.6%)。脑水肿和脑出血轻重程度与新生儿窒息程度有关。结论:根据临床病史及体征、CT表现,基本可对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病作出正确诊断。
Objective: To further improve the understanding and diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: CT findings and clinical analysis of 70 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital were summarized. CT findings, simple cerebral edema in 28 cases (40%); simple cerebral hemorrhage in 18 cases (accounting for 21.4%); mixed type cerebral edema with cerebral hemorrhage in 27 cases (38.6%). The severity of cerebral edema and cerebral hemorrhage is related to the degree of neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion: Based on clinical history and signs, CT findings, the basic diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can be made correctly.
