板料受压失稳起皱是影响成形质量的主要缺陷之一。冲杯试验是研究板料起皱行为的主要方式之一,而目前尚无定量的方法判别或比较材料在冲杯试验中的起皱。据此,提出一种定量判定材料冲杯试验起皱行为的方法,并对多种高强钢进行了冲杯试验,对上述方法进行了有效性验证。对多种高强钢进行了起皱行为比较,获得了材料种类、强度等级与厚度对起皱行为以及临界压边力的影响规律,并对其影响原因进行了讨论。
One of the main defects that affect the quality of forming is buckling of sheets. The cup test is one of the main ways to study the wrinkling behavior of the sheet metal. However, there is no quantitative method for judging or comparing the wrinkling of the cup material in the cup test. Based on this, a method of quantitatively determining the wrinkle behavior of the cup-shaped test cup is proposed. The cup test of a variety of high strength steels is carried out. The validity of the above method is validated. The wrinkle behavior of various high strength steels was compared. The influences of material type, strength grade and thickness on the wrinkling behavior and critical blank holder force were also discussed. The reasons for the influence were also discussed.
