目的探讨应用影像导航系统在鼻内镜下治疗鼻咽囊肿的方法及优势。方法导航鼻内镜下对4例鼻咽囊肿进行手术,气管插管全麻后通过导航定位,根据手术中的需要标定探针或吸引器作为术中的定位设备,在鼻内镜下通过使用导航定位设备以判断囊肿的准确位置及边缘,完整切除囊肿,通畅引流。结果 4例手术均准确定位囊肿的大小及边缘,切除彻底,创伤小,术后无并发症发生。结论影像导航系统结合鼻内镜治疗鼻咽囊肿具有定位准确、手术创伤小的优点,可以有效地提高手术疗效和避免并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the method and advantage of using nasal endoscope for the treatment of nasopharyngeal cyst by using image navigation system. Methods Navigational endoscopic nasopharyngeal cyst surgery in 4 cases, general anesthesia after tracheal intubation through navigation and positioning, according to the need to calibrate the probe or aspirator surgery as intraoperative positioning equipment, endoscopic endoscopic surgery by using Navigational positioning equipment to determine the exact location and edge of the cyst, complete removal of the cyst, smooth drainage. Results All 4 cases were accurately located cyst size and edge, complete removal, trauma, no postoperative complications. Conclusion The video navigation system combined with endoscopic treatment of nasopharyngeal cyst has the advantages of accurate positioning and small surgical trauma, which can effectively improve the curative effect and avoid the occurrence of complications.
