菱角,又称芰、水栗、菱实、芰实,是菱科菱属一年生水生草本植物。在我国南方尤其在长江下游太湖地区和珠江三角洲地区栽培较多。菱角含有丰富的淀粉、蛋白质、葡萄糖、不饱和脂肪酸及多种维生素和微量元素,具有补脾胃、强股膝、健力益气等功效。菱角果肉可食,嫩茎可作蔬菜,菱叶可做青饲料或绿肥,种植菱角综合效益较高。采用大棚育苗和促早熟栽培菱角,可在6月初提早上市,经济效益更加显著。下面介绍大棚菱角早熟栽培技术。一、品种选择
