废液中Na_2SO_3含量在线分析仪采用电位法进行容量分析,依Nernst方程,可确定滴定终点。仪器借助于一套电子和气动控制系统,在电极电位达到终点电位时,滴定液(碘液)自动停止,根据碘液消耗体积,计算出Na_2SO_3含量。本文介绍了仪器的工作原理,总体结构和主要部件的设计。无底可动滴定杯可直接在分离器内取样分析,耐高温,耐腐蚀。采样装置为S型挡板沉淀式分离器。时间程序采用机械式喷咀挡板,结构简单,信号自锁,利于仪器长期运行。给出了测试数据。文章还讨论了滴定管参数的计算。
The content of Na_2SO_3 in the waste liquid on-line analyzer is analyzed by potentiometric method. According to the Nernst equation, the titration end point can be determined. The instrument uses an electronic and pneumatic control system to automatically stop the titration solution (iodine solution) when the electrode potential reaches the end potential. The Na_2SO_3 content is calculated based on the consumption volume of iodine solution. This article describes the working principle of the instrument, the overall structure and the design of the main components.
