目的考察甲壳胺胶囊对长航核潜艇艇员免疫功能的影响。方法将艇员随机分为2组:对照组不服用任何药物,用药组在航行期间服用甲壳胺胶囊,每次3粒,每天2次,共计25 d。检测出航前后各组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞(CD16+)活性、T淋巴细胞凋亡率、IL-2和IL-2受体(sIL-2R)变化以及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG及C3、C4水平。结果甲壳胺胶囊可提高CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群的百分率,显著改善CD4+/CD8+比值,使NK细胞的活性增强。促进IL-2分泌、使sIL-2R水平降低。明显增加IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4水平。结论甲壳胺胶囊对长航核潜艇艇员的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均具有显著的调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of chitosan capsules on the immune function of long-aircraft nuclear submariners. Methods The crew members were randomly divided into two groups: the control group did not take any drugs, and the medication group took chitosan capsules three times a day for 2 times a day for 25 days. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells (CD16 +), T lymphocyte apoptosis rate, IL-2 and IL-2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels and immunoglobulin IgA, IgM, IgG and C3, C4 levels. Results Chitosan capsule can increase the percentage of CD3 +, CD4 + T lymphocyte subsets, significantly improve the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 +, NK cell activity. Promote IL-2 secretion, reduce the level of sIL-2R. Significantly increased IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4 levels. Conclusion Chitosan capsule has a significant regulatory effect on the cellular immunity and humoral immune function of CSSC submariners.
