目前,许多油田都在以多相流量计来取代计量分离器;以此降低工程投资和生产成本。文章将叙述挪威KOS公司研制的MCF351型多相流计量技术及在节省成本上的潜力。文中以两套多相流量计在平台上的试验作为实例研究并简要讨论了对海底多相流量计的费用影响。就一个小型油田在平台上应用而言,保守地估计每年可节资20万美元。在实例研究中,投资于MCF型多相流量计的盈亏均衡点为4~7个月。
At present, many oil fields are replacing multi-phase flowmeters with metrological separators; this reduces project investment and production costs. The article will describe the Norwegian KOS MCF351 multi-phase flow measurement technology and the potential for cost savings. In this paper, two sets of multiphase flowmeter on the platform of the experiment as an example to study and briefly discuss the cost of the multi-phase flowmeter on the sea. In terms of the application of a small oilfield to the platform, it is conservatively estimated that it will cost $ 200,000 annually. In the case study, the breakeven point of investment in MCF multiphase flowmeter is 4 ~ 7 months.
