随着社会经济的发展,人们对健康的关注度越来越来高。在这个全民健身的年代,冰雪体育事业展露了巨大的发展空间和绝佳的发展机遇,需要大量的冰雪体育创新人才支持发展。目前,我国现有的冰雪体育人才数量和质量仍然满足不了社会发展需求,迫切需要一个完善的冰雪体育创新人才培养模式解决这一问题。本文在对冰雪体育创新人才培养模式构建原则做出简要分析和论述的基础上,就冰雪体育创新人才培养模式的构建策略进行了研究。
With the social and economic development, people are paying more and more attention to health. In this era of national fitness, snow sports revealed a huge space for development and excellent opportunities for development, the need for a large number of ice sports innovation talent to support the development. At present, the quantity and quality of the current ice and snow sports talents in our country still can not meet the demand of social development, and there is an urgent need for a perfect cultivation model of ice and snow sports to solve this problem. Based on the brief analysis and discussion of the construction principles of ice sports innovation talents training mode, this paper studies the construction strategy of ice sports innovation talents cultivation mode.
